Where is Tres Aguas?
Tres Aguas is located on Duck Road (NC-12) between Trout Run and Porpoise Run. We are 1.5 blocks away from the access points on both streets. We are three miles south of Duck and four miles north of Kitty Hawk. We're also just three miles away from the Wright Memorial Bridge, so no need to sit in traffic to Duck or Corolla.
As a resident of Southern Shores, Tres Aguas offers guests parking privileges to all Town of Southern Shores and Southern Shores Civic Association parking. You will also have access to the Currituck Sound, tennis, basketball, and walking and biking trails.
Beach Access
Tres Aguas is conveniently located between two access points. Whichever flavor you prefer, these two equidistant locations are just a hop away from the house, about 800 feet. As guests at Tres Aguas, you can also park at the other dozen-or-so beach access points under the purview of the Town of Southern Shores and the Southern Shores Civic Association. NO STAIRS
Trout Run offers the ability to access the beach without using stairs. This is super helpful for wagons, beach friendly strollers and wheelchairs, and for folks who have bad knees, like Mike! Need a beach wheelchair? Reserve one here with the Southern Shores Fire Department - it's free!
PORPOISE RUN

Porpoise Run offers a beach access comprised of a concrete sidewalk, stairs and includes an observation bench for those who prefer to remain sand-free.
