In-Season Rates

Tres Aguas is a weekly rental, Friday to Friday rental, mid-May to September.

​

Friday Check-In at 4 p.m.

Friday Check-Out at 10 a.m​.

​

No additional fees. The rate includes house cleaning, heated pool clean linens, bath towels, credit card fees and beach towels.

​

A tax rate of 12.75% will be applied to all rental rates. It is comprised of the NC sales tax 6.75% plus the 6% Dare County occupancy tax.

​

The refundable security deposit is $400.

​

The pool opens in April and closes in October.  Heat only works if the air temperature is above 65 F. 

​

No pets allowed.

​

No smoking of any kind, including vaping.

​

Maximum number of 8 guests. No parties permitted.

​

Tres Aguas runs on a nightly rate with a 2 night minimum from November to April.
